Introspection

Through a brief overview of the moon phase & themes, you're invited to look into yourself and make ritual of this event with a couple relevant journal prompts & silent meditation time.

Embodiment Practice

New Moon is for planting seeds, so our embodiment practice will be Yoga Nidra (aka: yogic sleep), a powerful practice that addresses your subconscious mind. Full Moon is for manifestation and release, so our embodiment practice will be Breathwork.

Optional Touch

Nurturing touch is always offered throughout these special sessions with explicit consent. You can absolutely still participate in the session without receiving touch if you prefer it that way.
