About Danika
Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner & Yoga Teacher
Danika is a somatic practitioner, yoga teacher, retreat lead, and a playful, multi-passionate human with a decade of experience creating spaces for people. Her specialty is setting the vibe, offering presence through nurturing touch, and building environments where women feel comfortable enough to soften, to play, to return to center, and to find their own balance between grounded and free.
Nature and the elements have long been part of Danika's offerings. From her very first group program to international retreats, they always bring her back home.
"From a young age, I wanted to fit in, so much so that I rejected myself. I felt disconnected from her own body and like I didn't belong anywhere."
After finding Yoga and spirituality in her early 20's, Danika became fascinated with embodiment work, shifting her identity and helping others do the same.
She's since studied the nervous system, parts work, inner child healing, meditation and breathwork facilitating and started taking on 1:1 clients and hosting retreats.
Her approach is based in somatic psychology and offers a path for women to reconnect with their innate body intelligence. Danika invites people to tune into their own rhythm, reclaim their inner authority, and experience personal empowerment through embodied awareness, play & connection.
