Hey! I'm Danika.

I love holding space, and having expansive conversations.

​

Growing up, I was akward in my body, I lacked confidence and I truly believed I wasn't meant to be a leader.

​

In my early adult life, I found yoga. I went from obsessively associating my self worth to my looks, to seeing a deeper impact in supportive spaces & relationships.

​

Over the years, I noticed a trend of friction that comes from a lack of skill in communication & understanding within relationships. I began to study this within my own life, while outsourcing from books, trainings and other resources.

​

I developed my leadership with dedicated effort, practice, training & willingness to overcome my self-made limitations. I eventually became more skillful at creating transformational spaces for people & speaking to bodies.

​

On top of facilitating regular yoga classes, I began hosting retreats, workshops, and refining my mission.

​

Today, I am passionate about women's circles and improving synergy within teams, enhancing their quality of communication and understanding between individuals.

​

I am available in monthly events, retreats, private bookings, and live music.
