Hi there! We’re best friends and trained, experienced women’s circle facilitators, each bringing a variety of skills and modalities to the table. We believe that when we care for our physical, emotional, mental, and energy bodies—when we align with the seasons and gather in community with the right women—we unlock a way of living that feels like you've fucking got this.
We’re on a mission to support women on their journeys of spirituality, empowerment, and embodiment. And we can’t wait to meet the women who feel called to join us for fun, grounding, nourishment, co-regulation, belly laughs, bad bitch energy, and becoming the most thriving version of themselves, one that honours her flow.
