With workshops, group connection, energy healing & embodiment experiences, this is your space to disconnect from rush and hustle culture, reconnect with the natural rhythms your body craves and to create a grounded foundation that feels in alignment with your new era.

Hi there! We're Danika & Chelsea, both trauma-informed professionals and women's circle facilitators. After hosting 2 international retreats and the online Cocoon in the last couple years, we've seen how merging our unique specialties of energy healing and somatics together can create a big impact. We love to witness women transform and also create new connections and friendships with one another in our spaces. We look forward to meeting you in our online hub <3
